Jeyaraj was elected as the Superintendent of the Tamil Nadu Assemblies of God in 1959. During that time, There were about twenty-five to thirty churches during that time. The organization witnessed substantial growth, boasting one hundred and seventy-six churches across Tamil Nadu by 1990. Subsequently, the Superintendent and committee members devised a strategic initiative termed the "Decade of Harvest," aspiring to elevate the church count to 500 within a decade. There were about nine-hundred Churches at the end of the decade. In 2012, Rev. John Dennis heeded a missional calling to Ghaziabad, New Delhi, leading to the appointment of Rev. B. Samuel by the organization on May 27, 2012, to oversee the church. Rev. B. Samuel's stewardship marks a transformative phase for the church, characterized by an enhanced focus on both internal and external ministry endeavors.
